Research Interests:
With past experience researching the Fed’s reasoning for altering interest rates to stimulate the economy and manage inflation, Devan is interested in macroeconomic trends, and has experience researching the Federal Reserve's attempts to stimulate the economy and mitigate inflation. Additionally, he is broadly interested in U.S. antitrust law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, and business ethics.
Bio
Devan is a freshman at Claremont McKenna, where he is an Economics major hoping to pursue a legal studies sequence. He is originally from Houston, Texas. He is a huge sports fan, and after playing soccer for the Claremont Men’s Club Team, he hopes to walk on to the Claremont-Mudd Varsity team. Some of his favorite hobbies include weight lifting, playing pickleball, and hanging out with friends. He hopes to expand his horizons and venture deeper into legal studies with the Claremont Law & Business Review.
